Will this work on my phone?
Most eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phones from 2018 onward work fine, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer. Check your device settings to confirm eSIM support, or see our FAQ.
What if I change my mind?
A refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase, and is available if you are unable to use the service because of an error on our part. Once you install the eSIM it counts as used, so refunds after installation are limited: see our Refund Policy for the full conditions.
When does my plan actually start?
Only when your phone connects to Telkomsel in Indonesia. You can install the eSIM at home on wifi days or weeks before you fly, and it will not start counting down until you switch it on and connect after landing.
